1200 Series Standard Duty Cutters
These rotary cutters are designed for standard-duty applications such as weeds, grass, and light brush up to 1.5” diameter. These cutters are designed to work with 15 to 65 hp tractors, and are available in 48”, 60”, and 72” widths. These cutters use a single spindle with two free-swinging blades, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. A shear bolt through the input shaft or a slip clutch, if equipped, protects the gearbox and driveline from damage. Standard equipment includes driveline shields and clutch shields. Front and rear chain discharge shields are optional.
300 Smooth-Top Cutters
These smooth-top cutters are designed for medium/heavy-duty applications such as weeds, grass, and brush up to 2” diameter. These cutters are designed to work with 32 to 90 horsepower tractors, and are available in 60” and 72” widths. These cutters use a single spindle with two free-swinging blades, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. Standard equipment includes driveline shields and clutch shields. Front and rear chain discharge shields are optional.
1500 Series Roundback Cutters
These Roundback Cutters are designed for heavy-duty applications such as weeds, grass, and brush up to 2.5” or 3” diameter, depending on model. These cutters are designed to work with 35 to 95 hp tractors, and are available in 60”, 72”, and 84” widths. These cutters use a single spindle with two free-swinging blades, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. A slip clutch, if equipped, protects the gearbox and driveline from damage. Standard equipment includes driveline shields and clutch shields. Front and rear chain and rubber discharge shields are available.
1600 Series Heavy-Duty Cutters
These Heavy-Duty Cutters are designed for heavy-duty applications such as weeds, grass, and brush up to 3” diameter. These cutters are designed to work with 47 to 100 hp tractors, and are available in 72” and 84” widths. These cutters use a single spindle with two free-swinging blades, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. A slip clutch protects the gearbox and driveline from damage. Standard equipment includes driveline shields and clutch shields. Front and rear chain and rubber discharge shields are available.
970 Series Roundback Cutter
The robust 970 Roundback Rotary Cutter has an 84" cutting width. It works well with 60 horsepower and larger tractors. The 970 provides the cutting power to slash its way through heavy brush and small trees up to 4" diameter. The 970 is perfect for maintaining the farm or the roadside. The smooth top deck design prevents build-up of debris or other cuttings and makes cleanup fast and easy. The free swinging blades, heavy-duty stump jumper, and slip clutch protects the gearbox and the driveline from damage. The dual wheels tend to keep the blades from cutting onto the ground on uneven terrain with mounds, low lying areas, ridges, or cuts.
1800 Series Heavy-Duty Dual Spindle Cutters
These Heavy-Duty Dual Spindle Cutters are designed for heavy-duty applications such as weeds, grass, and brush up to 3” diameter. These cutters are designed to work with 42 or 52 minimum hp tractors, and are available in 94” and 117” widths. The cutter uses dual spindles with two free-swinging blades each, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. A slip clutch and dual shock couplers protect the gearboxes and drivelines from damage. Standard equipment includes driveline shields and clutch shields. Front and rear chain discharge shields are available. Available in lift-type and pull-type models.
1912 12' Flex-Wing Rotary Cutter
With its smooth top deck and spring suspension, this Flex-Wing Rotary Cutter is ideal for medium-duty applications such as weeds, grass, and brush up to 2” diameter. Designed for use with compact tractors of 35 hp minimum, the cutter requires only one hydraulic outlet. For its 144” cut width, the cutter uses three spindles with two free-swinging blades each, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. Slip clutches protect the gearboxes and drivelines from damage. Standard equipment includes driveline shields, clutch shields, chain discharge shields, and a safety tow chain.
2515 15' Flex-Wing Rotary Cutter
Utilizing a smooth-top deck and spring suspension, the 2515 will make quick work of tough jobs. Designed for use with tractors with a 50 horsepower minimum, this medium duty Flex-Wing requires only one hydraulic remote. For its 180” cut width, the cutter uses three spindles with two free-swinging blades each, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. Slip clutches protect the gearboxes and drivelines from damage. Standard equipment includes driveline shields, clutch shields, chain discharge shields and a safety tow chain.
3515 Heavy-Duty 15' Flex-Wing Rotary Cutter
The 3515 Cutter is ready to make quick work of your next project. It offers reinforced deck structure from front to rear and side to side of the center deck weldment. ¼” inch wall tubing along the length of the hinges for extra hinge protection. Wing fold hydraulic cylinder mount spans the entire width of the center deck weldment and ties into the cutter deck lift cylinder to achieve maximum structural integrity. Deck rings standard on each deck to ensure bent blades do not damage the structure of the cutter. Heavy 7 Gauge press formed blade pans. Our tooling designer used strategically placed lettering around the pan the reduce the ripple effect commonly seen on competitive models. This allows for greater rotational balance, better cut quality and greater gearbox longevity.
