Morris Machinery was established in 1998 as a used tractor business by Rick Morris. In 2005 we began representing Branson Tractors in the tri-state area. Today, we offer our customers the best service, parts and assistance with several new equipment lines including Branson Tractors, Zetor Tractors, TYM tractors, Gravely Zero Turn Lawn Mowers, J.S. Woodhouse Co., Inc, Behlen Country, Cummings & Bricker, Inc, and Eagle Carports, Inc. We also service tractors of all brands and ages and are able to help clients find parts for any brand tractor.
Rick started the business with the help of his father, Hiram in 1998. In addition to his ownership of Morris Machinery he also operates a medium sized goat farm featuring Boer and Kiko goats, Scottish Highland cows, Painted Desert Sheep, and ducks. Rick has three children , Kelley, Samantha and Benjamin who were all involved in the farm, the business , and 4-H.
Rita is Rick's sister and the youngest of four children. In addition to managing Morris Machinery Rita and her husband, David, operate a cattle and donkey farm. They also have three dogs, an older Lab mix, a very jealous Great Pyrenees (that her nieces convinced her to take) and a Great Dane "puppy" that thinks she's 10 pounds instead of 100.
Ben is Rick's youngest child and the only boy. Ben is a Senior at West Virginia University, he is studying Mechanical Engineering. He has graduated from tool holder / shop sweeper to a very talented and promising mechanic in addition to helping on the farm, delivering tractors and servicing tractors on-site. He likes to spend his spare time at the gun range or learning about the newest technologies in engineering.
Tom is from Greene County, Pennsylvania and currently lives in Ruff Creek. He is a retired coal miner with a wife and two children. Tom has spent the last 40 years working on machinery and has become quite the savvy mechanic. He is also the lead Parts Manager, with decades of experience, there is no doubt that Tom can find what you need
Diesel Mechanic & Parts Specialist
Jordan was also born and raised in Greene County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Rosedale Technical College with an Associates Degree in Diesel Technology. Jordan has been a part of the Morris Machinery Team for two years. In his spare time he races motocross and is a motorcycle enthusiast. He loves homemade chocolate and eats lunch with the family everyday.
